This is Alyson

Alyson Yearsley is an artist located in Perth Australia. Her story started with her love of art as a child growing up in the desert of Southern California and continued in Eureka, Humboldt County when she started her university studies. It was here where she became known for her drawings of the Victorian Houses in the region.

After receiving her BA in Art at Chico State University, she has used her skills in art as a graphic artist, painter and illustrator, cake illustrator as well as teaching art in primary schools. Her travels have taken her across the United States, Jakarta Indonesia and finally settling in Perth Australia. Her most recent ventures are in portrait illustrations done in colour pencils, pastels and watercolours. Children and animals are her favourite subjects.
